Return Policy

Due to Fraudulent returns & Exchanges: 

We do not accept refunds at this time. Our team will accommodate for exchanges ONLY. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling of the exchanges of those items. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on tees or sweatshirts, accessories, or items that are on sale are considered final sale. 

When exchanges are issued items are to be exchanged in the same way received. 
They have to be free of smells, smoke, perfumes, oils, worn, used or damages etc. Our team can refuse items if this is detected during the exchange process. 

The customer will ship their item(s) and send verification to support@znoravenue.com. When the items are received, they will then process the exchange for the item the customer has selected. Keep in mind items do run out of stock, do you may have to change items if the item you selected has gone out of stock.

Store credits are available for 90 days.  Please do not ship items until the exchange has been approved. If customer ships items without approval, you could be at risk of losing your items. 

All items should be insured when shipping to prevent loss and or stolen merchandise. 

Our team DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS for any reason. This causes system and inventory issues at our volume. Please adhere to our policy. We do our best to accommodate as much as possible. Our goal is to satisfy the customer with boundaries and guidelines as well. 

In order to have the best Z’Nor Avenue Boutique experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, please use our size chart when completing online purchases and review the details in the descriptions before making your purchase. At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment options information to prevent errors. Z’Nor Avenue Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
