  • When will my order ship? Orders will ship 3/4 business days of purchase unless rushed.
  • Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 48 hours please check your spam folder. 
  • What if I don't like my item? We will be happy to exchange any item accept  for accessories and worn, or used merchandise after the covid crisis. There can be no refunds but exchanges are permitted within 7 days lf
  • purchase. 
  • Are your items true to size? Most items are. Please read description and size of model to determine your size.
  • How can I request something that is out of stock? Send us an email request.
  • Do we ship internationally? Yes we do. 
  • What if my package is lost, refer back to your choice of shipping. Every item has a tracking number to track purchases to keep you at ease. 
  • How do I cancel my order? I’ve orders are placed, they can not be edited, cancelled, or deleted. You will have to refer to the exchange policy.
