  • When will my order ship? Orders will ship 2/3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 48 hours please check your spam folder. 
  • What if I don't like my item? We will be happy to exchange any item accept  for accessories and worn, or used merchandise after the covid crisis. Due to covid-19. There can be no refunds or exchanges to lower the spread of this disease.
  • Are your items true to size? Some items are. Please read description and size of model to determine your size.
  • How can I request something that is out of stock? Send us an email request.
  • Do we ship internationally? Not at this time.
  • What if my package is lost, refer back to your choice of shipping. Every item has a tracking number to track purchases to keep you at ease. 
  • How do I cancel my order? Simply log back into your account and select cancel this order.
